Pirates of the Caribbean: At World鈥檚 End to be released this summer

Scheduled to be released on the 22nd of May, Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End video games will see gamers playing as Captain Jack Sparrow, Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann as they live and die by the sword.

Prepare to fight villains, explore towns and islands and avoid the perils of the sea in this latest adventure inspired by the upcoming film, Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End, and last years blockbuster, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Mans Chest. Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End video games will be available for the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PSP, PS2, DS and PC.

Fans of the Pirates of the Caribbean film franchise will experience adventures inspired by the second and third films while going far beyond the events of those films, said Craig Relyea, vice president of marketing, Disney Interactive Studios.

Pirates Confirmed for Wii, PS3, Xbox 360, PSP, PS2, PC, and DS

Disney Interactive today confirmed that it will release Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End this May 22nd, just ahead of the movie's release on May 25th.

In addition to the previously confirmed Wii version, the game has also now been confirmed for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PSP, PS2, Windows, and Nintendo DS. Interestingly, although the Wii version was previously confirmed to be in the works at the company's new Fall Line Studio, it seems that development of it has now been moved (along with every other version except the DS) to Eurocom.
